Research assistant Ozan Emin Halhallı has successfully defended his doctoral thesis

Ozan Emin Halhallı, research assistant in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at our faculty, has earned his doctorate with his dissertation entitled “Sustainable Fisheries from the Perspective of International Law: The Connection between Freedom of Fishing and the Disappearance of Fish Stocks,” which he wrote under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tolga Candan as part of his doctoral studies in public law at the Institute of Social Sciences at TDU. He is also the first graduate of the Turkish German University to successfully complete bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs in succession.
